TrusteeSaleData turns published notices of trustee’s sale into a structured, searchable database. It exists because the work of finding trustee sales is reading hundreds of newspaper legal notices and pulling out an address, a date and a debt figure — and that is a job software should do.

Who it is for

Residential investors and wholesalers tracking auction inventory; agents sourcing distressed listings; and title, legal and lending back-offices monitoring notices against a portfolio.

How it is built

A daily scrape collects new notices; a parser extracts structured fields from each one; a verification pass discards anything it cannot find in the source text. The methodology sets out the whole pipeline, including what it misses.

Corrections

If a record here disagrees with the notice it came from, that is a defect and we want to know. Email hello@trusteesaledata.com with the county and the trustee sale number, and we will check it against the stored notice text.
