How do I find foreclosure auctions near me?

Zoom the map to your area. Each circle is a county with upcoming trustee sales, sized by how many; from county level each sale shows as a pin at its address, colored by how soon it sells. Open a county for its full list, sale dates and trustees.

How accurate are the pin locations?

A pin is placed only where the sale's street address was matched to a verified property, at that property's coordinates rather than along its street. A sale whose address could not be verified has no pin, and still counts in its county's circle and list.

What do the pin colors mean?

The accent color is a sale within seven days, ink within 30 days, and a faint pin later than that. A pin ringed in ochre has been postponed: postponed sales often move again, so confirm with the trustee before you plan a visit.

Can I see every sale on the map?

Everyone sees each county's count and the pins of its soonest five sales, the same ones its page lists. A plan opens every pin in the states it covers, each with its estimated value, unpaid balance and a link to the full record.
