Every plan starts with 7 days free: $0 today. Checkout asks for a card, and nothing is charged until the trial ends; we email you two days before it does. Pro ($49). It is the plan the product is built around: the original notice behind every record, 25 alerts the morning a notice is filed, browser notifications, sorting and screening by unpaid balance, and CSV export, in every state and county. Starter ($29) is the bare record in one state, with one weekly alert and none of those tools. Business ($99) is Pro with room for statewide lists: 10,000 export rows a month and 100 alerts.
Starter opens full records and alerts in one state you choose; elsewhere you see what anyone does: the counts, and the soonest five sales on each list in full. You can change the state once every 30 days. Pro and Business open every state and county we cover.
Yes, any time from your account page. Moving up opens the higher limits straight away and charges the difference for the rest of the month; moving down refunds the unused part. Canceling stops the next charge, and your plan stays open until the end of the period you paid for.
Creem, our merchant of record. They take the payment, add any sales tax or VAT due where you live, and send the receipt. We never see your card number.
How many sales each county holds and every search matches, across all 32,853 notices we hold, and the soonest five on every county and state page in full: address, city and sale date, with no account. A plan opens every sale, with the rest of its record, and the tools that save time: saved searches, alerts and export.
Because a count is only worth something if it is true. A county page saying “41 upcoming trustee sales” counts all 41, a search reports every sale it matches, and a plan opens every one of them.
So without a plan you see how many sales each county and each search holds, and the soonest five on every list in full: address, city and sale date. A plan opens every sale, with the debt figure, the borrower, the trustee, the sale line, the parcel number, and the tools that save time.
How the data is made sets out where it comes from and what it misses, including the notices we will never see. Request a county if one you work is missing.
