We run TrusteeSaleData, so we are one side of this comparison. We have not subscribed to Foreclosure.com: what we say here comes from public pages, cited below with the words we relied on. If something has changed, tell us and we will correct it.

Is Foreclosure.com legit?
It is a working subscription service, and we found nothing showing otherwise. The complaints are about billing rather than whether it exists. Its Trustpilot page scored 2.6 out of 5 from 53 reviews on November 1, 2026[3], and several reviewers there say they were charged after a trial they thought they had canceled. Those are individual, unverified accounts, and 53 reviews is a small sample, so weigh them accordingly.
The practical advice holds for any trial that takes a card, ours included: note the day it ends, and keep the cancellation confirmation.
A listing site and a sale record
A listing site is built for browsing homes, and trustee's sales sit among bank-owned homes and other kinds of listing. If you already know you will buy at a trustee's sale, the things that decide your day are the date and place, whether the sale has moved, the trustee to call, and the balance where the notice prints one. Those are what our records carry. See a complete sample record.
If you only want to know whether one house is headed to auction, you may not need to pay anyone: how to check if a house is in foreclosure sets out the free route.
